Summary:
fails to compile with parallel make

Detailed description
Hello,

just to keep track of this bug: compilation of why tends to fail when parallel compilation is enabled,
as for instance here:

https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=why&arch=amd64&ver=2.36-1&stamp=1476227052

In this case, "make -j4" was used. In the successor version of the debian package I have disabled
parallel build, which has resolved this particular problem for me.

-Ralf.

the Makefile for why has never been set up to be compliant with parallel make. Unfortunately there is no human resource to address this issue.
