Summary:
changing deb/debcudf.ml and running make doesnt rebuild deb-coinstall

Detailed description
I changed something in deb/debcudf.ml and ran make. My expectation was, that everything that needed debcudf at some point would get rebuild. In practice, deb-coinstall seems to have been unaffected by the change I made. After running "make clean && make" my changes appeared in deb-coinstall.

I did not investigate more yet (are more parts affected? does there exist a workaround?) as I have little clue about the dose build system and ocaml build systems in general. Just wanted to mention it here before it gets forgotten.

Yup. This is an annoying consequence of the fact I first build the dose libraries and then I use those to build the applications. I don't know how to fix this annoyance... Maybe some makefile timestamp ?
