Summary:
distcheck: options wrongly specified, and confusingly named

Detailed description
The argument specification in distcheck/common.mli contains:

("-base FILE", ...
("-add-source FILE", ...

which of course does not work as expected, due to the bogus FILE
(one would have to call distcheck '-base FILE' ... to make it work).
The FILE should simply be dropped.

Moreover, these options are very badly named (why "add source" ???).
All Unix tools use "-i" to specify input files. So why not use "-i"
instead of add-source, and "-I" instead of base? This is what I did
now for the debian package. I choose this capitalization since -i
is the normal case.
